Data Processing Agreement
Between Wiljekoffie B.V. and the merchant using the Mollie x HubSpot integration.
1. Parties and scope
This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies between Wiljekoffie B.V. (the processor, hosting this integration) and the merchant using the Mollie x HubSpot integration (the controller). It covers all personal data processed while providing the integration.
2. What we process
To provide the integration we process: your HubSpot portal id and user email address (for sign-in), OAuth tokens for HubSpot and Mollie (stored encrypted), deal references and payment link details (amount, VAT, currency, description, payment status and Mollie transaction ids). We do not store your customers' payment card or bank details — payments are handled entirely by Mollie.
3. Why we process it
Data is processed solely to create Mollie payment links from HubSpot deals and workflows, show their status in HubSpot, and keep both systems in sync. We do not use your data for any other purpose and never sell it.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored within the European Union. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the systems required to operate the integration. All traffic uses TLS, and requests from HubSpot are verified with signed requests.
5. Retention and deletion
Connection data is retained while your integration is active. When you disconnect HubSpot or Mollie from the dashboard, the related tokens, portal links and payment link records are deleted.
6. Sub-processors
The integration runs on managed cloud infrastructure (hosting and database). Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. under their own terms and privacy policy.
